(OOC: lol no problem)
Marie smiled as the dog turned to look at her. She listened tot he males words and sensed that the conversation was coming to a close. Tensing she crouched down ready in case the dog tried to escape.
The male lunged forwards, smashing his teeth together. Finally some action. A savage smile took its on Marie's face. He wasn't going to eat the dog, good. Maybe the dog's spunk would save it.

Tabitha jumped out of the way, just out of snapping distance. Growling she took a daring bite at the air by him, being wary of the female she jumped again. "The only ones sick here are the both of you! And my coat's dirty? Ha! Looked at your own fur lately?" she spat. Her training from her old life was grinded into her bones, every movement made, her body already had a reaction. "You'll never infect me, I'd rather pull my own guts out than be one of you". She was already caught off guard, being slow was something she couldn't risk.

"You might get the chance!" he chuckled, lunging towards her again, this time propelling himself even further with his powerful back legs, throwing his own body at her as some sort of huge, blunt object.
He snapped his jowls together multiple times, saliva leaping from his mouth as two sets of teeth clenched together, then opened again and again, generating more of the foul smelling spit, and inching ever closer to her with each snap. His body fell to the ground as all four feet went from aerial to grounded, front feet first, and another leap was launched almost immediately following his stabilization, although with considerably less power.

Marie paced excitedly. They were finally fighting. She stayed her spot though, snapping at the dog as she came closer. Let the male show her how powerful he was. She could wait. If he failed she would happily take his job.
Like the male's her own jaws slavered. She wanted to spread the Virus, it was a need.

Tabitha jumped, aiming above him. Making sure of where she was going, she pointed landed on his back. Making sure to dig her claws in him first before jumping off and bolting, lucky for her, there was a parked car where she landed again. Jumping off that and running putting some distance between her and the infecteds "don't underestimate me mutts!" she shouted back as she ran. Outrunning them was her only chance now, with this weather and her scarf she couldn't fight two together, it was just a mad idea!

Dakhma hardly felt the claws sinking into his decrepit skin. His adrenaline rushed, surging through him as all over his body tingled, the excitement was almost an opiate. He rushed after her as she made a rather strange aerobatic display of bouncing around on cars, what was left of a right leg out again as his body balanced itself, crouched down just enough to add a bit more spring to his step. Back legs made his trot effective, albeit rather off-putting to watch. His tail wagged as the joy of the chase brought some sense of purpose to his jumbled thoughts.
Dakhma snapped at her feet as he closed in again, saliva spraying against her fleeing haunches. He watched the edge of her scarf tentatively, waiting for the perfect moment to grab onto it. It fluttered just in front of his nose as he matched the girl's gait, flashing a smile should she dare to look back.

Marie snarled as the dog leaped away. Cursing she watched as the male started chasing her. The chase was far to fast for her so she just followed at an even pace. The male would soon catch her, the Virus would see to that.
She started to angle herself to the side, as to slowly catch up. She watched as some humans pointed at them. Perhaps they would make a better prey. Humans were slow.

Tabitha knew the male was right on her tail, pushing harder her haunches burned. She would not be bested by an infected, it would put shame to her name if it did. The male was clever and determined, this she knew but what else he could do she was unaware. She needed a plan, and fast. 'C'mon Taya! You can do this! You have to keep going, don't look back you've learned that mistake!' She thought.
Her scarf tugged at her neck but it was something she wouldn't lose, it was to precious. She had to use it to her advantage somehow, making small glances around she noticed humans stopping to watch the chase. This was her chance! All it would take was a bit more acceleration. The run lasted a few more moments before she took a daring but sharp turn toward the crowds. Darting through the frightened humans she began her plan to either throw off or stop the infected dogs from chasing her.

The sharp turn was exactly the moment that the dog needed, wind flicking her long scarf just in front of his nose. With a snap, teeth clenched against the fabric, unraveling the tightly wound threads, which in turn wrapped around his large teeth. Cloth around a dog's neck was almost always a mistake, the humans could grab them by it and so could Dakhma. The Tower of Silence now skidded to a halt, either dismounting her scarf from around her neck, or pulling the female to a stop along with him, either option was all according to plan.
As the black and brown beast moved to sit, his powerful haunches now centered, grounded, and ready to push off in any direction. His yellow eyes shone in the dimly lit, damp streets, letting out an enormous growl as to frighten away the humans foolish enough to stray near such a gargantuan beast. The virus had made his legs longer, more muscular, his body more agile, and his mind a muddled mess of forgetfulness and confusion. However, unlike moments prior, he was now focused. Nothing could take these thoughts of infection from him, the Virus would be sure of that. To pass it on was its only purpose, and although his forgetfulness was unpredictable, it had never stopped him from inacting his venomous bite.

Tabitha nearly choked when he got her scarf, it caused her to lose her footing and fall. She would hate herself for it but she let the wet scarf slide off her neck. Standing again, tail raised she snarled. She may be smaller but she would not go down, if it was a fight he wanted he was going to get it. The loss of the scarf may have been unfortunate but the loss of the extra weight made her faster. "This is how it's going to go down, is it? You're going to bite me?" she spat, scrapping the ground with her claws.
"In the name of my breed I will not be brought down by mutt like you", She knew that it wasn't safe to speak to him like that but she didn't care. Taking her keepsake scarf was the turning point of her anger, it was all she had to keep as a reminder of what she used to be and what she could've been. It held her hopes and dreams and everything in between. Fur bristling, head lowered to shoulder length she spoke again "You won't even get the chance to spread your illness".

A lick skipped across black, dripping lips. Shivers flew down his spine as the adrenaline raced. He had no words at this point, his mind blank--body reacting without any sort of thought whatsoever. Dakhma was in the flow state, completely unawares of time or danger, completely intent on sinking his fangs into the tan lady.
He flew forward, stump out, gliding across the puddles of water, paw-pads hardly brushing against the cold cobblestone underneath. He ducked down, attempting a bite on her belly, after all, with a dog's posture, the underbelly was the most difficult thing to move quickly and adequately. It required a reaction from every muscle in a canine's body, unlike simply moving your head to avoid a bite to the neck. It wasn't about lethally wounding her, only one bite would do, one drop of saliva in an open wound, and this scrimmage would be a victory. It was a huge risk on the little female's part, but perhaps once he was able to turn her, he would finally have some sort of companion while he traversed this waste of a city, trying to survive the torment of the Virus.

(OOC: hmm... X3 I think I may just draw Tabitha as an Infected, I'm curious to see what she would look like X3)
A quick jump to the side, letting him bite air instead of fur. She took a risky glance, the scarf! It was alone on the ground...perfect. She could use it against the infected. But not yet, for now she would try to throw his balance off so she could get away. Clinging to that hope she jumped close, quickly she made to risky move and went in biting range. Acting fast, she drove foreward and clamped just under his jaw. The the point in which he couldn't move his head down and barely to the side.
This was very risky, knowing full well this could what kills her. She would not be brought down by this dogs paws, she refused it. The thought of losing her made her harden her bite, knowing it was only irritating and not harmful.

(ooc: you totally should!)
The assault was indeed her fatal flaw, because a bite was not required to transfer the virus. He began scratching at her, fervently, and snapping in the air. Looking crazed to anybody else, there was a simple, eloquent method to his madness. With the female in such close proximity, he tore at her chest and underbelly, allowing his weight to be shifted on his back, and pulling Tabitha over with him, he kicked and scratched at her, all the while snapping his jowls, saliva flicking from their wet, slippery surfaces.
Just a little bit of saliva or blood in her eyes, mouth, or these scratches would be plenty to infect her.

(OOC: sorry that I was gone X) This is getting intense!)
Marie watched the fight. She played the part of keeping the human crowd away. They were interested in the savage fight going on, but a large monster with a growl like a beast was more then enough to keep them away. She watched as the dog seemed to get the upperhand, but then made the mistake of trying to bite him. How foolish of her.
Marie laughed as the male pulled her onto him. He was clever, or rather the Virus was clever. This fight would soon be over.

(ooc: It is getting Intense! X3 I got the picture done but i can't upload it because my scanner isn't working)
When Tabitha got pulled off the ground, she let go. Allowing herself to be flung backwards and away from the male. The risk was to high to get within close range now, his savagery was out of her control. The best she could do was hope another dog could help her or he would tire out. As if the virus would let him tire. She noticed the female keeping the humans at play, 'I'm just their play thing' she thought growling. The storm grew more intense, she knew she didn't have much time before either dog sinks their teeth into her flesh.
She had to confuse them somehow, it would be an extremely hard task.
